Every pet needs enough space to stretch their legs and be comfortable, all of our accommodation options provide
ample room for your pet's comfort. But many people don't realize that too much space can make many (most) pets
feel less secure. Dogs are naturally 'den' dwellers so three close walls and a roof provides 'safety, security
and comfort' to them.
"Dogs don't want 'big suite' accommodations, they need open space to romp, play and exercise with people or
other dogs and then a cozy but comfortable den that keeps them feeling safe and secure when they aren't
ruffing-it. They don't want big empty runs or suites with chandeliers." Dr. Chip Cannon
Studio @ CityVet
Everyday Low Price
$36/night
Den sized accommodation with ample room for your pet to move around - perfect for laid back pets and those that
prefer more privacy and security. Studios minimize empty space that can cause anxiety and are ideal for dogs
that prefer their own nesting spaces and for owners wanting to save some money.
Loft @ CityVet
Everyday Low Price
$49/night
Larger and roomier, run-sized accommodation designed for our more energetic and social dogs, especially
the larger ones. Lofts are perfect for dogs with personalities that need less privacy to feel comfortable
and aren't stressed when left in bigger spaces.
Dogs really don't care about decor or gimmicky amenities - so why pay for those? Dogs want to feel safe,
secure, and well-cared for so they can have fun enjoying the new sites, smells and sounds and seeing
other animals - until you get home of course, and then they want to be with you.
What to bring - Food and Medication
It is best if your pet does not change food while you are away so please bring your pet's food with them
when you come to board.
- Please bring your pet's food, enough for the entire stay - pre-bagged for each day for each dog is ideal!
- Please bring your pet's medications, enough for the entire stay - medications must be well marked, ideally
in the original dispensed container with label.
What not to bring
We place a heavy emphasis on hygiene and sanitation and require that all items left with pets be laundered
daily, including bedding. We provide our pet guests with soft, clean, freshly laundered bedding each day so we
recommend leaving personal items such as your pets bedding, toys or other personal belongings at home for the
following reasons:
- Items may cause, not reduce, separation anxiety for your pet.
- These items don't fare well through our laundry and disinfection process, they often suffer damage.
- Your pet is more likely to chew on them during their stay.
For the health and protection of your pet and all pets in our facility, we require that dogs and cats be
properly immunized and free of fleas, ticks and intestinal parasites (see specific requirements listed
below) in order to be admitted for boarding. If your pet is not current, we will be happy to update the
necessary requirements at our regular rates; otherwise, your pet may be required to be held in isolation.
Thank you for your cooperation.
