Payment for Services
Full payment is required at the time that services are rendered. For your
convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, the
CareCredit, cash, and personal checks. If your pet needs to be brought in
by a friend or family member, please make sure that you have established
a method of payment prior to your appointment.
Financing
For assistance with a payment plan, we offer CareCredit (Please check with
your location to see what services are available).
Deposit / Pre-pay Medical
CityVet is committed to clearly communicating our fees and providing accurate
estimates for our clients. In some cases, prepayment may be requested prior
to services being rendered.
Boarding Prepayment Policy
Due to a large number of boarding no-shows during peak times (such as
holidays, or as defined by CityVet) we ask for 2 nights of prepayment
for each pet when reservations are made within the days/weeks surrounding
the 'peak time'.
Boarding Cancellations
In the event that a boarding reservation is to be canceled, please do so
at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled reservation. If a boarding
prepayment was collected for a peak reservation time and the cancellation
is greater than three (3) days prior to the reservation you will receive
a full refund for the amount of the 2-night prepayment.
